Please follow the guidelines below when planning an event, activity or program. Should you have questions, please contact the appropriate Executive Board member as listed on the main PTA tab.

DID YOU KNOW?
Committee Chair folders are located in the office in the bottom drawer of the filing cabinet by the exit door.
-please check your folder frequently for correspondence, forms reimbursement checks or misc. information
PTA has a storage shed located on the playground
-many event supplies are stored here. Check with your VP to see what supplies your might find
Maintenance forms must be completed for all events held on school campus
-click here for the form and turn in to Barbara Jone in the office at least 1 week before your event
Die cuts available in the DEEP
-the attached PDF shows the available shapes of die cuts in the Deep. There are also two styles of letters and numbers. They are often used for Teacher Appreciation door posters, Kindergarten memory books and classroom bulletin boards.
